Lectors

Lectors proclaim the Word of God at weekday and Sunday Masses, as well as special liturgical celebrations.  We invite all who feel called to this ministry to sign up to read at the Mass of their choice.  Lectors should have a strong voice, confident personality and open spirit.  

We suggest that those committed to the ministry of Lector enter into a daily study and meditation of the Word of the Lord through Bible study, Living Word, Liturgy of the Hours, etc. so that they may become completely familiar and comfortable with the words of Holy Scripture.
